WHY CITY BOY BURGERS STARTED
City Boy Burgers opened with a straightforward ambition: bring authentic, high-heat smash burgers and genuine neighborhood hospitality to Northeast Anchorage. We saw an opportunity for a homegrown burger spot that focused entirely on fresh ingredients, hot food, and welcoming service without corporate shortcuts.
We chose Mountain View because it represents the diverse, hard-working heart of Anchorage. Our doors opened to serve local families, daytime workers, JBER service members, and anyone craving a memorable meal made with care.

To us, "City Boy" isn't about fancy pretense—it's about urban energy, street culture, and relentless work ethic. It represents taking classic street food staples like smash burgers, fried chicken sandos, and loaded crinkle fries, and raising the bar for our city.

Every item on our menu follows three non-negotiable rules:
